Changes to my study programme

I’m in my second semester of Design course so I’m going to talk about my little knowledge and some things that I hear from my seniors.

First, I have to talk about the campus. We need better and more buildings and classrooms. A lot of them are in bad conditions. And I think that we also need a bigger place to do manual assignment, because the area we have it’s limited for all the students that need to use it. 

We don’t have study areas either, something that is completely necessary. As well as relaxing areas. Because our courses are so demanding that most of the students are in bad condition and unhealthy. But fine, if we can't have this at least we need a nursery and a psychologist. Because we work with dangerous machines, and the terrible deadlines and workload make our mental health deteriorate. Something that affect us in a huge way.

But, speaking about my course I think that 4 years would be better than 5. And the subjects for me are fine except for the poor teaching about materials and their uses in the first year. This is taught in the second year when I think that it’s completely necessary before. Thus, we would have basic knowledge and start our courses so much better. 

The use of technology is fine for me, because I prefer online tasks to manual ones. But if we talk about professors it’s complicated. Some of them have the enthusiasm to teach, but a lot of them have a rude and indifferent attitude. And this makes it difficult to communicate and learn from them. But I think that with time and expressing ourselves these things can improve and make our university period better.
